"Clean and friendly"

"We were given a key at check in to a room already occupied.. so imagine barging into someone’s room at 1am. Not fun for either party. Then the doors to the next room slammed every time they went in and out (frequently). The bathroom was disgusting.. black curly hairs everywhere (repulsive), the nightstand and desk were dirty with a ring from a cup crusted on them. On night 2 of 4 our room key quit working so we had to wait on the elevator and go all the way back down to the desk to get new keys. Overall very poor stay. "

"I recently stayed at the Sheridan Hotel for two nights and was extremely disappointed with my experience. During my stay, the hotel was booked with several girls’ soccer teams, with players ranging in age from about 10 to 14. Unfortunately, there seemed to be little to no supervision. Both nights, the girls were running loudly through the lobby and up and down the hallways on my floor, creating a constant and disruptive noise. It was difficult to rest or relax due to the ongoing disturbance. I reported the issue to hotel security, and while they did respond on the second night, the situation did not improve in any meaningful way. It appeared that many of the parents were gathered at the bar for extended periods, leaving the children unsupervised. The hotel staff did not seem equipped or willing to manage the situation effectively. I was in town for a relatives funeral service. This experience created more stress than I needed. I also reported my concerns directly to the hotel, but overall, the experience was frustrating and far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here if the hotel is hosting large youth groups without proper oversight."

"Staff was very helpful and nice. My only complaint was that my room wasn’t properly cleaned on my second day of staying. Otherwise everything else was pleasant"

"Hotel does Happy Hour and free breakfast. Happy Hour has food, like BBQ sliders and mac & cheese, which is good enough for dinner and a budget saver."

"The breakfast area was too small to accommodate everyone. The staff member working the desk was also trying to keep up the breakfast area. She did the best she could but could have used some help."

"Staff very helpful and kind. Room very clean and AC worked very well. Wish pool was open as it was 91* in April. "
