"Its an older Hotel but very kept up rennovated vintage look i like how they have tables above the pool. Pool was nice for the kids and me had fun"

"Our stay was ok. Service was good. Rooms are old looking but we were only there for 1 night and it was close to a universal Studios so that was a plus. Room was clean but can use some updated comforters/blankets"

"We always stay here when we visit our daughter. The only complaint I have is. The past 2 times that we have stayed the elevator malfunctioned and the doors wouldn’t open on the floor that you choose."

"This property is great, just one thing was one of the days that we were going for a swim, there was no towels on the rack. So my partner went downstairs to the lobby coz the phone by the pool area was broken. However, the towels never came, so my son went back upstairs wet and cold"

"Good location for going to Universal studios. Lots of onsite parking (for a few). There is food/bar onsite and lots to choose from that is walkable. Very clean a quiet location also. "

"The hotel employees are very nice. They are always ready to help, and they have been very helpful. The hot water spa is strongly recommended, and the pool is clean and clear. The location of the hotel is great. It’s convenient to find food in the areas. Restaurants, supermarket and bank are in the neighborhood. We’ll book the hotel again in the near future."
