"Staff at hotel are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast pastry was delicious, as was the coffee. Staff will get you your particular pastry if none is on the tray. The pool is cute, as is the whole motel. While we always got a parking space there isn’t a plentiful supply…There is a supermarket within 10 mins walk (Vons), and WB is just 10 mins walk away. Both of these walks are safe. Great hotel in lovely, safe area and well serviced with restaurants. "

"--There should be a person at the front desk more often, at more times of the day and night. --The sink water is sometimes hard to control. "One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The air conditioner actually worked and let us set it as cold as we wanted. We slept great and cool. And the blackout blinds are the best thing I’ve ever experienced at a hotel! We asked for a quiet room and they happily accommodated. The staff was so friendly. The only thing we were shocked at was parking was so expensive. Not used to paying for parking but he hotel was exceptionally wonderful! Close by the airport and just can’t say enough about cold...

"It was pretty neutral ... I mean, what do we really need in a motel: a bed, bathroom, TV, dogs allowed ... all that was just fine. But then you meet the staff. And that's when you realize why people love this place. I've never met a staff more like long term friends than "workers". The staff makes this good motel a GREAT motel."
