"The hotel was lovely very nice room and spa facilities were good. Pool a bit small but perfect for a dip. Unfortunately the music from the reception area was booming all day and night so I got little to no sleep. Very disappointing when on a business trip and needing to be well rested the next day. "Good free parking. Excellent breakfast good choice and nice and hot. Air conditioning and heating not working in room an electric heater provided but I was not informed of this by hotel staff. The room was clean and serviced daily. "

The Good -The staff was welcoming, polite, and helpful on arrival. The room was clean and tidy.
