"The room was great, the beds are really comfortable. The hotel was perfect, it hasn’t everything you need and you could actually enjoy a trip without having to leave the hotel - the pool, gym, games areas are great. The restaurant and bar was amazing - several different sections to enjoy, restaurant, bistro, sports bar, beer garden all with access to a play area for kids. We will definitely be coming back here next time we are in Ballarat"

"Not actually stay in this property. Arrived at the property after 6pm and the staff told me they can’t accommodate my entire family due to overbooking. I need to look for another place the stay in the last minute. Not happy at all."

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed. Excellent location; and quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful, as usual. The allocated room was on the nose so we were moved, without argument. The bed was comfortable, the TV worked, and there were the usual comforts. The included breakfast was pleasant and sufficient. The table was clean. Unfortunately the tariff reflects the state of repair. The Reception with its plant-wall and the lounge were stylish. We did not use the shower, the basin was...
