Breakfast was perfect. Good coffee. Good value as well. Dining was super convenient because of the direct connection between the motel and the Red Lion Hotel next door. I could not get the TV connected to the internet (maybe instructions would help). Otherwise really excellent service, spotless and well maintained venues with genuinely friendly attentive staff. Indoor pool, sauna and games area all excellent. Very impressed with the motel and Red Lion hotel. Thoroughly recommended.

The room was very comfortable. The bubble bath was a plus. The facilities were great even if the gym is a bit outdated. The swimming pool, sauna, pool table and tennis tables are highly appreciated. The staff were very nice. We had dinner a the Red Lion, great food and service.

Large rooms Super clean Great staff and location Fair pricing Fantastic facilities This property has been in the one family for 3 generations and the care and attention shows even the cleaning crew I noticed weee extremely organised. Another bonus was that it is right next to the red lion hotel so no driving and they also had great staff and extensive menu not to mention the wonderful tank beer! Please see my review on the red lion.. also super impress! I am happy to submit a very good honest review Heated swimming pool was fantastic and very clean with two spas and a nice hot sauna. They also have a gym and leisure areas of table tennis and various other activities with tvs showing the latest news. The lovely Louisa and Jen were extremely helpful with a couple of small requests that they helped me with! I will return -definitely! Thanks for your friendly hospitality!!

Another lovely visit to the region our second time staying here . This time we we on the roadside and it was a bit noisier in the room with traffic but not so loud you couldn’t sleep . My grand daughter loves the pool and enjoys her afternoon swim

Young family’s dream weekend away

The hotel was exceptionally clean and maintained, well presented and welcoming. The facilities were ideal for a family getaway with an indoor heated pool allowing the kids to play hours. Furthermore, it’s a two minute drive to Sovereign Hills tourist destination. The restaurant hotel restaurant was the best meal we had in Ballarat and had a kids playground. Highly recommend.
