Communication prior to our stay was good as the hotel kept us informed of any issues & events taking place. In the summer having direct access to the beach would be great for families. Yarmouth was not far to travel to. Thank you to all the staff. "

"An old-fashioned hotel in an old building but there's nothing wrong with that - it has character, unlike a lot of modern anodyne ones. Service was exceptional: accommodating and friendly. It is located dead in the centre of the old town and is ideally placed for exploring it (and for staggering back from the pubs!). It also has a well regarded Thai restaurant on the ground floor, so no need to go far if you don't want to. There is free parking at the back. I would certainly stay again if I was...
