"Very friendly staff. I had the opportunity to order an evening meal (Sunday) which was excellent. Breakfast was included which again was excellent. Help yourself to cereal, fruit juice and DIY toast. I ordered the vegan hot breakfast which was brought to me on a plate, everything was hot and cooked to my liking. "All the rooms named after birds . Makes a change from numbers. They also changed rooms for me to accommodate my disabled wife. Staff were very helpful and very polite. Nothing was too much trouble."

"We stayed here due to a wedding at nearby Bruisyard. It was a lovely stay and I couldn’t fault it, a beautiful setting full of nature and a very well preserved property. "After reading reviews, I was a little unsure whether to book. However, I only need accommodation for one evening. I called the morning I was due to travel and was advised that there was a refurbished room available and although I was booking online I could add a note to request. "We really loved our stay at Park Farm Hotel. The perfect balance of great service, excellent rooms and facilities but super relaxed and not stuff at all. The staff are a huge credit to this hotel - knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. "Gave a lower score for service because we had to wait over an hour for food and when it finally arrived, as it had been sitting under a heat lamp the pastry was rock hard and very difficult to cut into. The delay was blamed on a wedding taking place, sorry, thats not my problem, any possible delays to food should be communicated, so customers can choose to go elsewhere."
