"Non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes, bedspreads had cigarette burns in them, sheets had stains, towels & bath clothes were dingy & stained, a/c didn’t work properly, smoke alarms were covered with plastic wrap, holes in walls, carpet looks like it hasn’t ever been cleaned "

"It was clean but everything is broken. The pool and hot tub wasn't usable. The elevator button didn't light up to let you know that you had pushed it. The ice machine was broken. Another person said it had been broken for months. The blow dryer in the room was broken and the staff didn't know where a spare was kept. The coffee machine outside the breakfast area was also broken. We checked out after one night knowing that we forfeited the money paid for a second night because it was nonrefundable. "
