"The room was not as appealing as marketing photos, bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well, it’s a lot of steps to get upstairs to check in. The staff was not engaging nor particularly friendly compared to other Belize experiences. Location is excellent with restaurants and tour companies a quick walk away. "

"Awesome resort at the top of the hill overlooking San Ignacio. Beautiful view of the town and the sunset/sunrise with a pleasant breeze. Walking distance to Cahal Pech Maya ruins. Friendly staff with a great restaurant and bar. I will definitely be staying here again when I travel to Belize."

"We stayed in a beautifully designed tree house, the pool was lovely and the restaurant and bar area were very nice. It’s overall fairly well maintained but a 10 min drive into San Ignacio (20 USD return taxi). Menu at the restaurant was good (limited for vegetarians), welcome cocktail was excellent. The hotel organised tours and transfers for us - it’s worth checking the details as there were a few mix ups. It’s expensive for a 3 star and the hotel could improve some services to make you feel like you are getting good value for money. We are comparing this to a 3 star hotel we stayed in at Caye Caulker which was exceptional all round!"

"The best start to our vacation! We wanted the jungle vibes and to be surrounded by nature - this place was perfect. The rooms are very comfortable, the property feels like elevated summer camp, and the staff are amazing. It’s about a 10 minute drive to town, but there’s enough to do on property that you don’t even care. It’s a haven after a day of exploring around San Ignacio’s ruins and caves. Book it!"

"This is a great location, very peaceful. Nice to have a restaurant on site. They were very accommodating given that we had early morning tours. They fed us a tad earlier than they typically open. They were very helpful with everything. The location is uphill from town so we would walk down and take a $5 cab ride back up after dinner. The food at the restaurant was good. Lots of breakfast options. "

"It was a great room, the bed was slightly firm. No air conditioning in the room was a considerable drawback, but it had multiple ceiling fans. Staff was wonderful. Location is beautiful jungle setting along the river. Very nice."
