"Hotel and Pools 5* . Gym was 5* also, the best Gym in a 5 * Hotel i ever had. Breakfast and Dinner was very good, 5 * also. The only thing that was only 4* and Not 5 * was the Service on the Pool and bar at the Pool, very chaotic and Slow."

"벨리코 타르노보의 유일한 5성급 호텔로 부티크 호텔임. 차르베츠 성채에서 가까운 편이고, 성모 탄생 대성당 바로 앞에 위치. 반대쪽 여행 스팟인 아센기념비와 보리스 데네브 미술관도 도보 이동 가능. 직원들 친절하고 웰컴드링크도 제공. 잘 가꾸어진 호텔이고 객실 인테리어에 많은 신경을 쓴 호텔이며, 환경과 조화된 시설의 부티크 호텔이지만 여러 하이테크를 객실에 도입하려 애쓰긴 하였으나, 우리가 머문 객실은 다소 많이 좁아서 불편하였음. 환경정책상 이유인지 칫솔/치약/면도기는 구비안됨, 슬리퍼/빗/비데는 구비. 화장실 샤워기 수압 좋고, 수건과 침구 등 만족스러웠음. 이 호텔은 조식 뿐만 아니라 저녁식사도 제공하는 하프보드임(추가 주문하는 음료나 주류만 별도 결제). 식사는 리셉션 아래층의 잘 꾸며진 이쁜 레스토랑에서 하게 됨. 조식은 체크인시 메뉴 미리 결정하고, 저녁식사는 3코스로 제공. 다만 조식이든 저녁이든 깔끔하게 정성껏 제공되었으나, 맛이 느끼하고 별로였음. 특히 스테이크는...

Everyone we met from checking in to our departure was friendly and helpful, even using a translation device to chat about the fascinating history of Veliko Tarnovo.
