"Great boutique lodge in Bulawayo. Property staff was very accommodating and hospital. Great convenient location within 10 min of city centre and secured gated parking with 24 hour guard. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool. "

There was a problem with our reservation which meant we were given poor rooms with no air con and missing bulbs, linen, and varying levels of amenities (showers, water, etc). We were moved after a night but the rooms don’t match the website photos. One of the bathrooms was unusable due the smell and heat. The hotel is good for location in the city centre, and the garden and pool are pleasant but feel tired and only given basic...

"We found the staff to be very polite, discreet but helped when approached. The receptionist who welcomed us was charming and knowledgeable. He explained the challenges they face due to existing infrastructure problems beyond their control. There was a very clean pool available, lots of different chairs and loungers around the pool including a hammock. The cover from the careful tree planting gave the feel of an oasis around the pool "
