"This was a last minute booking after a flight cancellation, and it turned out to be a great experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating during a stressful travel situation. "My wife and I stayed for one night after a wedding we attended because the hotel had many good reviews. We were not impressed. Drive up appeal not good. It was raining and there was no awning to unload at. Lobby was small and unimpressive. Most importantly, there was no elevator to go to our 2nd floor room. Hotel and room were clean with almost a full kitchen, but no cookware, no silverware and, most importantly, no coffee pot. We were awakened at 2am and 5am by guest down the hall banging...
