"This is a very convenient place to stay for dining and the beach! Our room at the end of the building closest to the beach has an unbelievable view that we loved! The downside of the view is that the music from town can be very intrusive. Just bring earplugs and enjoy! The description of the hotel says they have a bar and breakfast. There is no bar and the breakfast is offsite. It’s only a block or so away so not too much of a hardship but you won’t be having breakfast in bed. We had to change our reservation by a day and while I had difficulty with Hotels.com, this property worked with us which was GREATLY appreciated! Really lovely and convenient place to stay!"

"Our 9 days at Casa Cha Cha Cha were nothing short of magical. From the very first morning, Estella and Gady welcomed us with such warmth, preparing delicious breakfasts and treating us with a kindness that made us feel like family. The home itself is beautifully decorated and landscaped, but what took our breath away each day was the view. In San Juan del Sur, sunsets are an event — and from Casa Cha Cha Cha we had the best seats in town. Every evening, the sky turned into a masterpiece of color, and sitting there watching it unfold became one of the most cherished parts of our trip. It felt like home, only with the beauty of the ocean before us and the kindest hosts beside us. Leaving was truly bittersweet. Casa Cha Cha Cha is not just a place to stay, it’s a place to feel cared for, inspired, and connected. We will always carry the memory of those sunsets and the hospitality of Estella and Gady in our hearts. "

"Pros: beautiful property in the middle of the jungle, private beach, and delicious food at the restaurant. They were very kind to upgrade our room close to the beach. It was a beautiful 2-story villa with a kitchen, private pool, a balcony, and AC in the bedroom. Cons: lack of honesty and services Leading up to the trip, we received a few emails telling us about all the activities and services available in the resort. They offered complementary hiking and snorkeling, and we could pay for yoga classes, spa treatments, romantic packages, and activities such as surfing, hikes on Mombacho and Omepete island, etc. None of that was available once we got there. We asked the reception to book activities and they said they would call amd organize them. They never did. After a few days, we decided to book them ourselves through tour websites. We even asked them to call a nearby golfing course and they said they would. After 3 days, they said the golf course hadn't answered yet. My partner emailed the golf course and we got a response within 5 minutes. The staff at the reception were very kind, but not helpful and the lack of honestly from the management really disappointed us. The restaurant staff were always great and the service was excellent. The reception even gave us the wrong opening hours for the restaurant so we showed up late one evening. The staff were still there and were so extremely kind to prepare us a meal even after closing."
