Hotel La Rose is a historical hotel, and close to the Railroad Square and a collection of restaurants and shops. Grossman’s Noshery & Bar is part of the hotel, which serves delicious food in generous portions."

"It is a very nice property, especially for the price. It is an old style motel, but it is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It has all the amenities I need like a pool, a sauna and a hot tub."

"We loved the lodge. Very clean, very friendly staff, beautiful setting, great restaurant onsite, loved the heated pool and hot tub. If I was to suggest an add, it would be 'moderate or easy' hiking trails leading out right from the lodge to really explore the grounds in a planned, safe, way. There is a lot of area to discover and really the only option you have is to walk or ride bike all the way to the beach. "
