"We book the hotel, When we arrived at the hotel ,was told they had no rooms available. also they said that they couldn’t find our booking , then said that something may be available at a different hotel, when looked at the place there was no suitable parking . Also the man had not been able to confirm with the hotel, They now say there was a room and have kept our money."

"Room was comfortable. Parking outside hotel available and an easy 15 min walk into the town centre. Only thing was the noise from other guests as you can hear everyone come and go and there were kids running around the corridor until 1am on my first night."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Cherry Tree. The room and place were lovely and quite modern considering how old the building is. There was only one shower towel and half a toilet roll when we checked into our room, as well as 1 of each tea/coffee so it seemed our room was prepared for one, however the staff were very helpful to sort this for us straight away. "The worst service. Location is a 30 minute walk away from High Street. Amenities were slim and poorly maintained. The restaurant is highly priced for food, coffee and beverages that aren't close to being freshly made. Some of the breakfast items were microwaved packages food, yet the cost was premium.
