"We stayed at Hazendal Wine Estate for a weekend while attending a wedding and were thoroughly impressed. The service was warm and attentive, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the jazz bar had a great atmosphere with delicious tapas. The spa massage was excellent. A truly relaxing and luxurious stay—we’ll definitely be back."

"The hotel is conveniently located and the staff are friendly. However, while there was a sign in the bathroom indicating that the plumbing is a bit old and to take care (fair enough), it's unclear why this would mean there wasn't a holder for toilet paper rolls, which we find something odd to be lacking at a 4 star establishment."

"I had a very nice stay at the Ruslamere Hotel. It feels more like a charming inn than a high-rise hotel, with one- and two-story rooms that open to the outside. I personally appreciated this layout, as it added to the quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The room was spacious and very clean. "Unser Zimmer war sauber, außerdem gut und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt mit Optionen von light breakfast bis full breakfast. Bei schönem Wetter bietet der kleine Pool Liegen zur Entspannung. "

Breakfast continental is disapointing: fruit was a single tangerine. noise from road only outside. in our room we have a wall glass opening to a internal patio, with 5 or 6 air conditioning. Noise did not disturb. However there is no blind or curtain in this very large window: light will invade the room at sunrise. "

"Having stayed here before and enjoyed it, I was happy to book again. I was moved to a different property this time, which wasn't a problem in itself, but the "Superior Room" I booked looked nothing like the advertised photos. The room felt outdated and the bathroom was uncomfortably small. Additionally, the TV remote was broken and despite reporting it, the issue was never resolved during our stay. Unfortunately, I won't be returning."

"The room was large and nicely furnished. The provided washer and dryer were an excellent bonus. It was a bit of a drive into Capetown, but having a farm store on site, alpacas and donkeys right outside our cottage and being able to see table mountain from the property were nice touches. The atmosphere was quiet and safe and the staff were friendly."
