"I thought this hotel was going to be much better, but it was HORRIBLE. The mattresses were terrible—it was impossible to sleep—and you could hear so much noise from the hallways. The bathroom was dirty, and even though breakfast was supposed to be included, they charged us an extra $50 for two children. ..."
