"This place was fabulous. We stayed in The Madison and it was beautiful, cozy and chic. Would absolutely stay again. Very reasonable price for the area. If you are someone who needs a front desk and lots of attention to check-in/out, you won't get it here. Instead everything is done electronically which suits me fine, it's very efficient and they know what they're doing. If you need anything, you can call or text the manager and they are very responsive. They email and/or text you your codes...
