The hotel itself was decent- looked nice inside and clean for the most part. Pool was cold but it wasn’t the end of the world. We did however have housekeeping enter our room with the do not disturb hangars on the door.
We also had BIG issues with incidental and room charges that tied up more than $800 on my card. We were charged a flat $250 (x times 2 rooms) which I put on my credit card, and then randomly charged additional $300+ from an “audit to make sure the card was still active”.
On top of that, my bank account was then charged the room fee PLUS an additional incidental charge….which I had already put on my credit card.
The customer service rep was nothing but nonchalant about it all and didn’t see to have a care in the world that they tied up $800. All she had to say was “oh sometimes the system does that” which I find to be completely unacceptable. We will not be back.
