"Great hotel for late night check in or morning before we leave for the airport. We stayed here one night for our late arrival. They have 24 hours shuttle service which is very convenient. We will stay here again one night before our early flight returns home "

"Property definitely in the heart of Buffalo. Able to walk all over although in some areas we felt uncomfortable due to the homeless situation. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff accomodating and very nice. Not a lot of shopping close by and we found some of the restaurants closed. Our stay was fine altogether."

"Easy check in. Had a good stay. For the price, you can't really get overly bent out of shape over some stuff. But some issues were there like no hot water from the sink (but fine in the shower), stains/discoloration of tiles and no Kleenex in the room. But the biggest issue is the odour. It smells like overkill of deodorizer mixed with staleness. I don't know if just got used to it or it aired out once I turned on the AC, but it can be overwhelming at first. It's close to restaurants, shopping and the airport. I'd stay again. "
