Our experience at the Garden Place Hotel was awful. When we arrived at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, front desk staff had to check to see if our king room was ready. We were given room 233. Hyatt Regency Buffalo / Hotel and Conference Center
The beds and pillows were probably the most uncomfy things I have ever slept in. And the room was so hot I was sweating all night. It was a really pretty hotel with great staff but very uncomfy holy Hannah.
