This is a well-located bnb, with lots of dining options nearby. The accommodations are basic but neat; while the room is of adequate size, the windows are set high in the wall (so no view). Breakfast was nothing spectacular, but satisfactory Ariel was helpful. If you don't require luxury or frills, this is a good choice.

The host was nice and helpful. An old house with old modest furniture. Our room was small and simple and the beds were small and modest too. Very clean! It's definitely a place we could recommend, but not at the $75/night price we paid. The host very conveniently arranged for us to be picked up safely at the airport late at night for $25 extra, which we found reasonable. Based on the other places where we stayed in Buenos Aires, it's more a US$45/night.

Estadia agradavel

O local é como mostrado nas fotos: simples mas bem limpo e confortavel para uma estadia agrádavel de curto ou médio prazo. O café da manhã é gostoso e com coisas bem fresquinhas. A localização é ótima, tem vários restaurantes, cafés e lojas nas redondezas, tornando fácil a locomoção a pé. A comunicação com o Ariel antes da nossa chegada também ajudou bastante e não tivemos nenhum problema com horário de check in ou check out. Gostamos também que foi possível fazer o pagamento em reais mesmo diretamente com ele. Recomendo este Bed & Breakfast e me hospedaria aqui novamente sem sombra de dúvidas.

O Ariel foi muito prestativo e atencioso. O dia que não ia dar pra tomar o café, ele deixou um lanche no nosso quarto. A localização é boa, local silencioso e acolhedor, café da manhã simples.
