"My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you ."

"Great location for Gatwick Airport and good reception staff. Unfortunately the hotel bedroom door lock was faulty, requiring staff to break the door lock to get access. I was then given a different room that had a torn carpet and a bathroom door that didn't close."

"Four day stay was cancelled on arrival by hotel due to it being used for Government Quarantine Service, we were only allowed a new night stay and had to make our own alternative arrangements. Management were apologetic but didn’t resolve issue of us having no accommodation for 3 nights and no notice. Do not use this hotel Still awaiting refund 😡"

"Although the check out time was 12 and we put "Do not disturb"sign on the door, cleaners started cleaning our room while we went for a walk and removed our bag from the room. My husband was going to eat breakfast in the room after the walk but he was shocked as his bag was missing although he put the room service order through night before. There is no communication between the desk & cleaners and cleaners ignore the Do not disturb sign. "

"The property is basic accommodation and under the flight path of the Gatwick airport runway…extremely noisy 6 am to 11pm.. I left due to the LACK of quiet.. every 5 mins a plane going above! 😢"

"Hotel was nice and quite in the bedrooms which made me to have a good sleep. I am a very light sleeper and there was no disturbance in the night"
