Owners need to buy more sheets and towels. Both are sub standard and need to be replaced. Extras should always be on hand. Definitely does not live up to the standard of other ayendia hotels

The location is not but bur us too noisy. However the overall condition of the hotel is pretty disappointing. They gave us rooms in the 4th floor, no stairs. One of the rooms had no towels and when we trued to call reception we notice phone wasn't working. We had to go downstairs to get towels. This room had a balcony but the door cant be locked so it felt insecured but also very noisy. The other room had a fee issues. No phone, broken toilet seat leaking aircon. Also: both rooms had no hot water!!! He brought up these issues with the guy at the reception but he acted like all was normal. Didn't offer compensation or change of room.

My Colombian Journey

Nunca pude usar el internet El cual si conectaba pero daba un mensaje de conectado, sin servicio. Esa fue la razón principal porque no nos quedamos mas días en este hotel. Reporte este problema a la recepción y no lo resolvieron. ubicación no es buena ni la peor. Durante la noche no es una zona recomendable para caminar tranquilamente y a media cuadra del hotel se paran personas ofreciendo trabajo sexual y a cuadra y media hay un parque, Antonia Santos, el cual es una zona de tolerancia. Mál que por el precio el hotel no cuenta con agua caliente, otros hoteles en el área, que cobran precio similar si cuentan con agua caliente. Los trabajadores de limpieza son los mejores, se esfuerzan por tener la habit impecable. La recepcionista me disiluciono, cuando llegue fue de un trato agradable conmigo, pero cuando se enteró que siempre no reservaría un día adicional cambio su forma de ser y se volvió un poco seca y distante.
