The Expedia listing is incorrect. There is no 24/7 front desk. Additionally the phone number provided is wrong. Some rooms have detached bathrooms that need to be accessed through the public area. My shower had no hot water.

Budget hotel, don't expect ccomfort or luxury

Stayed a night before in the single room and it was bad. The private room with an attached bathroom is much better. Bed is more comfortable but clearly the pillows are lumpy and the extra blanket is a blues clue's kids blanket. Floor is dusty and linens have lots of small stains. New ones? Old ones? Who knows. The bathroom only has a motion sensor light so expect some dark showers and oddly enough, it locks only from the outside? The wifi also deteriorates further from the front so it gets a little spotty by room #4. There are clearly things that could be improved, but expect a budget hotel at best.

Lots of surprises, not good ones

Single room with no private bathroom is pretty bad. The mattress is this rubbery hard kids mattress that doesn't hold the wrong size sheets so a few turns and i was on the waterproof pleather matress which is sticky and gross becuase the tiny room has no windows to outside. Yes, there is a fan that blows hot air and a window pointed straight into the kitchen so breakfast preparations will wake you up if an alarm doesnt. The bathroom is at the end of the hotel in the back next to a 3 bed dorm with the door half covered by a washing machine. The shower leaks water all over the floor and the walls are stained. Hotel has laundry facilities available listed as an amenity but i was told i can't use them unless i stay for 8 days. Guess it's not an amenity then is it? Besides the charges from hotels.com, they also asked for an additonal fee of 10k for the small room which they said was not tax, was not VAT, and was not covered by my prepayment. Expect a surprise additonal cash charge unlisted from the description. I tried to change my original reservation before i got there, but no one answered. The hours say 24 hours, but there is no staff on property for most of the day.

Habitación desaseada, cama dañada, el clóset de la habitación se usa para guardar elementos del hotel, el servicio de agua fallo y no tenían un tanque de almacenamiento de soporte. Las fotos publicadas no corresponden a la realidad de las habitaciones
