"I was overcharged. My hotel receipt is significantly less than amount charged. Phone did not work. Thermostat did not go to temp setting. Internet connection was weak."

"Our room was toward the back of the building so it was nice and quiet. And we could park our car back there, close to our room. The suite was roomy with a full size couch. The kitchen was nice with a full refrigerator and freezer and a small table and two chairs. The bed was comfortable. It was nice that the shower and toilet were in a separate room from the bathroom sink area. We ate breakfast there two of our three mornings and were disappointed in the breakfast served, especially the second time. Both mornings we were at the breakfast buffet 15-20 minutes before it was supposed to be over. The second time much of the food was already gone. And no one showed up to replenish anything until almost 9:30. The breakfast is why we give this place 4 stars instead of 5."

"Good experience up until thurs to friday lots of noise and in and out activities. Parking was good, room cleaned daily. Would be nice if had a continental breakfast. Overall would recommend."

"I will never stay here again. It took our school group almost two hours to check in because they didn’t want to accept our state tax exempt form….they said it was the responsibility of the third party booking agent to take the taxes off. I’ve traveled with students for 11 years and this is the first time I’ve ever heard of this. Long story…but they also charge me extra (on my personal card) due to a policy in place by the third party. All around an uncalled for, horrible experience."

"Shopping and food close by , clean room, friendly staff. Aside from leaky facet in tub and ice maker on the fritz it was nice. "

"The supposedly hot food was cold, 2 days no yogurt in yogurt macine, no jelly put out had to ask for it, orange juice bitter, cold biscuits, just totaly unappetizing breakfast 3 days in a row."
