"Leticia was incredibly thoughtful, professional and helpful. Jennifer in the cafe was absolutely a delight and extremely courteous. I highly recommend this Best Western. Nothing about our stay was uncomfortable or made us unhappy. Will be back."

"We had a great time for our stay. Your staff were all friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed breakfast. I had a waffle and yogurt. I did wish I had some fresh or frozen fruit. The coffee was fresh and hot. My room was clean but it had a few things that caused concern. The sheets and pillows on on of our beds were not clean. And the shower had some soap scum and hair in it, and the ice bucket was also dirty. We did have drinks and fries at the bar that was good. All in all it was a very nice stay. "

"To start from the beginning: 1 - Checking in was a breeze. 2 - The room was clean and spacious. 3 - A/C working great 4 - It was great to have a microwave and small refrigerator with a freezer (not a mini-fridge). 5 - Even a hairdryer, iron and iron board are available in the room. I will stay there again."
