"The hotel its self was alright. The room was a nice size. We had a pull out couch but with no sheets or pillows to use with it. We requested them 3 times and the finally brought them at midnight. We have 3 small children, so we just went out and got our own. We also requested more towels twice and never got them. The fire alarm went off a total of 8 times in the 2 nights we stayed there. We got this hotel for the pool. The night we swam with our children, a party was going on and there were 10...

"The staff was kind and the hotel was pretty clean. The pool had strange amounts of hair in it and there were no towels in the pool area as well as our room. We felt they weren't telling us the real reason we were not allowed in our room when we got there after check-in time. It was a very strange interaction but felt that if they'd just told us the truth, we wouldn't have felt like we were being lied to."

"First time staying at a hotel in the Akron area and this was not bad at all. Close to lots of shopping and places to eat, just watch out cause traffic is heavy on the main drag, route 18. Was offered a choice of room location so I chose upstairs so I wouldn't have to hear thumping on the floor above me if I chose the ground floor.
