The hotel is 150 years old but they have done an outstanding job at conserving it authentic and classic look but with some modern and classic touches for comfort. Very slow toaster that only takes 2 slices at a time leaves guests waiting around. Serving spoons/tongs were being mixed up for eggs, potatoes and sausages and meats were touching cheeses which is off putting if you are vegan/vegetarian/religious diet.
