Schon beim reinkommen in das Hotel schlägt einem ein starker Chlorgeruch in die Nase. Dieser zieht sich bis in die Flure vor den Zimmer. Das wär grundsätzlich zu verschmerzen gewesen… Im Zimmer allerdings roch es sehr stark nach Abfluss und das leider auch nach längerem Lüften. Außerdem konnte man leider nur oberflächliche Sauberkeit erkennen. An den Gardinen waren dicke Staubflocken, die Dusche stark verkalkt, die Klobürste und der Behälter bräunlich verfärbt, die Klobrille mit gelben Flecken versehen, etc. … das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und bot uns ein anderes Zimmer an. Dieses roch zwar nicht nach Abfluss, war allerdings ebenfalls stark verschmutzt, sodass wir nicht darin übernachten wollten. Anschließend wurden wir in einem anderen Hotel der Kette untergebracht, welches glücklicherweise sowohl sauber als auch geruchsneutral war. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat sich bemüht unseren Aufenthalt möglichst gut zu gestalten. Das Saint Sauveur würde ich allerdings niemandem empfehlen.

Goed hotel. Ruime kamer met mooie badkamer. Ligging direct in het centrum en vlakbij het strand. Bediening erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt was super! Enige minpuntje was dat er in de douche alleen vitrage voor de ramen hing zodat als het licht aan was de buren zo naar binnen keken.

Recreation areas are under renovations and closed, no gym at the hotel but located in a nearby hotel, a basement gym of 8 m2 and holding a bike and a treadmill nothing else. Room close to elevator with constant noise. no AC and hot as he.., water in the since wash basing did not work, no hot water in the shower.

Mediocre

Mediocre hotel that needs renovation for a long time. Rooms with view on the wall and communication tubes perhaps should be mentioned and cost less. Everything is used and old. Location is good. Big plus is cava for breakfast. But breakfast room in not able to host the guests, need to wait when someone will finsih their breakfast.

Not a real 4 star hotel.

First of all the personell is very helpful and the breakfast delicious. I had a problem with cleanliness in first room which i take it,so i had to ask for a room change.This kind of things are quite common anyway. Hotel itself is a bit rusty.I don't say is bad but is not really 4 stars hotel.You have a fridge in room,but no drinks,you have no cork opener and so on. Parking cost 30 euro per nights and is 2 minute walking . Overall good experience.

Teleurstellend hotel dat zeker geen 4 sterren hoort te hebben. Kamer is schoon maar erg klein, badkamer nog kleiner, in de douche kun je je nauwelijks keren. Bedden waren prima, ontbijt was ok. Zwembad wordt op foto's veel mooier voorgesteld. Is oud en niet goed bijgehouden. sauna doet het niet, solarium is weg....

Het is een mooi en proper hotel met vriendelijke bediening. Het ontbijt is top en alles is er aanwezig. De kamer was vernieuwd, maar er waren nog een aantal dingen niet afgewerkt. Wat spijtig is aangezien het niet het goedkoopste hotel is.

Parking 25€ entrée très petite pour un gros SUV type X5 On doit descendre du véhicule pour encoder le code à 20 mètres. Arrivée 15h départ du véhicule 12h Téléviseur non fonctionnel Téléphone non fonctionnel ( impossible de contacter la réception). Propreté moyenne. Éclairage en dysfonctionnelle.( stroboscope) Fenêtre à ouverture complète. Pas de sécurité pour enfant. Brosse toilette en simple plastic. Très beau petit déjeuner Personnelle parle anglais français et néerlandais.

Le petit déjeuner est très bien. La chambre correcte mais sans plus. De mon point de vue, le rapport qualité/prix insuffisant. Nous avons payé 175 euros/ nuit. Cela ne les vaut absolument pas. Travail des femmes D’Ouvrage pendant le séjour insuffisant. La piscine est un peu petite. Il y a trop peu d’espace pour y flâner, tout au plus 4 transats pour tout l’hôtel... Cela pourrait être acceptable à un autre prix...
