"I always like to stay at Zorba’s. It’s right in town with a lovely view of the inlet. The staff are very helpful too. The rooms are very comfy, the bed perfect. It’s a lovely thing to wake up in the morning, pull back the curtains and look at the water."

"Clean, spacious, and modern room that was very comfortable for our stay. However, the property feels more like an upscale motel than a full-service hotel. There is a pool that looked clean and family-friendly, though fairly basic rather than resort-style. Check-in and check-out were fully self-service, which was convenient, but there were no visible staff onsite, so it lacked the service and atmosphere you’d typically expect from a hotel."

"We were very excited for our stay at this hotel as we had seen the pictures online and booked a sea view balcony room based on this. We open our balcony doors to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and the ‘paid for sea view’ which was a very large tree that blocked the whole view of the sea. After 20 minutes we had to close the door and sit inside our room due to people on the public benches below our room smoking not only tobacco but also cannabis with the smoke coming directly into the room. "Fabulous spot in the Beach Villa. Great cabin. Everything you need here (except a chopping board). Lovely comfy bed. Surrounded by kangaroos and kookaburras. Great pool, although it s a bit hard to get in for elderly people. What a view though, listening to the waves. Fantastic resort."

"Our only (minor) concern was that the toilet/bathroom door - while beautiful to look at, didn’t offer much in the way of privacy or sound-proofing. That would not stop us coming to stay again"

"Ive been coming here since I was 3 , I'm now 52! It's not over done in massive changes and still has that wonderful atmosphere and respectful other campers... And I can't believe the hot showers are STILL only 20cents for decades!! Ive bought friends /kids and new family members here over the time and we always go back feeling like we did recharge, relax and days feel longer somehow!!"
