"Staff was pleasant on the face but didn’t provide any service. Asked for extra blanket as the temperature in the room was low, first night we were told that there’s no extra blanket available. Second night the person on reception said ok, we will send it later but didn’t. Also the phone was not working from the room to the reception but reception could call us. We had to go downstairs for asking what we need."
