Hotel murah di Brooklyn

"Our room was filthy! And when I called to the front desk as soon as I noticed everything, I was told there was nothing that could be done. She stated, all rooms were booked and she would leave me a card with the managers information to speak with her on Tuesday! This was a Friday when we checked in. The woman on the phone was very nice and apologized for not being able to do anything. I took pictures of everything. They have the time to show they were taken within 20 minutes of us checking in....

"This was the worst travel experience of life!! After making reservations 28days in advance and reconfirming 16 hours before my arrival . I get a call from Stay America in Brooklyn at my reservation was cancelled! As I getting off the plane in Cleveland. No real explanation given except they were overbooked and I was out of luck !!So I called Expedia and put on hold for 20 minutes only to have the call droppped so tried again with exactly same results and on the third attempt was was to try get...

"Breakfast was perfect lady at the feont desk during check in was eh. And the pool was cracked didnt get a notification beforehand and that is why we booked that hotel "

"The breakfast was amazing. The staff could be more active. I had to wait for her to finish her cell phone ralking with friends before checking in"

"Room was nice and clean. Staff attentive, friendly, and helpful. We utilized transportation to the airport and parking at the hotel while we were gone. We were very pleased with our stay. Would stay there again. "

"You are getting what you paid for. The night desk person was terrible. The guy in the morning was the nicest person ever though. I thought the room smelled. "

"It is a fine property with a decent breakfast, however there is NO daily cleaning of your room. Everything else, especially the airport shuttle, makes it a good place to stay short term. Having to get towels or supplies for the room makes it less acceptable. "

"Room was fine a little outdated. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was spotty. For the price the room was fine biggest issue was wifi. "

"Great room size, plenty of space for luggage and to relax, with a generous bed and amenities to match. Staff/Reception were very friendly and courteous and made us feel very welcome. Parking was also a huge bonus with plenty of spaces all day round. Will definitely keep here in mind for next time! Thanks Wyndham Avon! "

"Room wasnt clean, hair was everywhere Jacuzzi wasnt cleaned out either."

"It was an older hotel. The shower handle wobbled like it was about to fall off.thr pool area was dirty. I asked the front desk lady for towels and she said she puts them in the pool area. I went back in and they were none. I asked her again and she said she already gave someone in the pool area towels. But there were still no towels. The entryway smelled bad like pot. I think next time we'll stay somewhere else. "

"The staff and breakfast was great. Old property pictures indicated a hot tub, but just be aware it is filled in and covered over. Other than that, the only other issue was that we had queen beds and definitely got full sized beds, which made for a few rough nights of sleep."
