"There were 2 small annoyances. 1, was the soap containers in sinks had to be squeezed which was hard to notice and hard for arthritic hands. 2, was the lack of safety rails to enter and exit the whirlpool."

"L'environnement de cet hôtel est tout simplement magnifique et bien entretenu, et le service est parfait. Petits bémols: mon studio n'était pas rénové (vieillot, salle de bains minuscule et mal conçue), insonorisation insuffisante (je peux vous dire jusqu'à quelle heure mes voisins se sont envoyés en l'air et à quel moment ils ont pris leurs douches !) et le bar bagels pour le petit-déjeuner est juste correct. Aussi, alors que j'avais placé la pancarte "Ne pas déranger" pour la journée, quelqu'un est entré dans ma chambre, a déplacé mes vêtements et mes accessoires de toilette. Mais la beauté des lieux le remporte sur ces petits défauts."
