When Expedia called to ensure the rest of the week reservations, without requesting a refund for the first night, the property cancelled the entire reservation and informed them that I would not receive a refund for the entire week. "1. took 20 minutes to find a desk clerk 2. better than 1/2 the parking spaces were blocked off due to paving/oil cover. not enough parking 3. Available tv channels were very poor selection 4. breakfast was pitiful did have fried eggs and they might have been left over from day before. The eggs were in the same pan at about 3:00pm the same afternoon and had no fruit or meat available for breakfast 5. didn't pick up trash in room nor make the bed nor refresh bath linen"
