"I wouldn’t recommend this lodging and definitely would not stay here again. Front desk staff was not at all helpful during check in, he gave me the impression he did not want to be working there. One morning I called the front desk for dishwashing soap, waited 1 hour before I called again because it never came. Second time I called, I didn’t know when they came because they hung the bag outside my door. This hotel has no exterior ramps for handicap accessibility. The only way a person on a wheelchair can enter is through the front door! If you have heavy wheeled suitcases, you’ll have to carry it up the exterior stairs before you get to the main floor. Only plus is the kitchenette but definitely not well stocked."

"This is a beautiful hotel that has residents who live there and is also offers hotel accommodation. The two restaurants next to the building are excellent, The Shed and the an Italian restaurant. The parking is close to the building and free of charge. The check in is easy and the elevators are conveniently located. The room was spacious with a private bathroom and kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and it was very nice to have a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and sink. The shower has a nice water pressure and has large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The pool area outside looked gorgeous but it was too cold to swim when we stayed. The downside to the room: the hotel phone was broken and they never fixed it even though they were told about it immediately, the bathroom towels were never washed before and left lint all over our bodies, the bottle of body wash was empty, the rug on the floor was dirty, and they only have a Nespresso machine and the selections of coffee weren’t very good or well stocked. They keep the remotel control for the tv on the windowsill. Customer service was just okay. I liked it but don’t know that I would stay here again."

"I was attending a Wedding over the weekend and I received a Special Offer for a Big Discount for staying at the hotel From the Bride To Be and Groom When I looked at the Charge to my Charge Card it was $100 more than the Quoted Price I spoke to the front desk and I was told that it would be taken off on leaving the Hotel Yes it was taken care of and the $100 was Deducted From The Original Charge ! This was a Excellent Hotel and stay !"
