Lovely Restaurant, Disappointing Housekeeping & Reception
Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The restaurant staff were very kind and polite, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere during meals.
However, the reception experience and housekeeping were disappointing.
When we checked in, the receptionist was initially friendly, but when I asked her some questions, her attitude became a bit intimidating and unhelpful, which made me uncomfortable.
We stayed 4 nights. On one of the days, our room was not cleaned until 17:30, and we had to wait 30 minutes in the hallway. On another day, the towels were not replaced and no vacuuming was done. We informed the staff, but the manager didn’t seem to take the issue seriously.

I expected more consistent service and better hospitality, especially from the front desk.
The hotel itself is very cute and well-presented, and it could have become one of my favorite hotels — but unfortunately, it didn’t.
