"The room was filthy. The floors were sticky. The mirror was foggy and clearly had not been wiped down. We had a large spider in our room. There were hair balls in the corner of the room. The hot tub had been concreted in, which was not disclosed upon checking in that they no longer had a hot tub. "Room was clean. Didn't get to need anything from the staff. Only thing we asked for was an iron which they didn't have. I only stayed for the night. The air conditioner worked fine. Now, the hallway doors were open for everyone. Like if someone from outside decided to enter, it was open. That was weird. Other than that, everything was good."

"The outside of the property is very deceiving as you drive up to it. However, once you walk in, the upgrades are very pretty and unique. The one thing that was surprising was lack of a parking lot. If you couldnt find street parking out front, I believe the only available parking is a parking ramp about a block away - which is not ideal.
