The hotel was just a short walk from the beach front and a number of restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself was nicely decorated, check in was a breeze. The room was a little compact but comfortable. I had data issues in my room.

Anthony was really helpful with sending me everything I needed to know before checking in. Helped with parking nearby and recommendations of nearby restaurants. The room was perfect for a single traveller, central, very comfortable bed, storage space and quiet. I will be staying again this weekend for Pride!

Away for work

Staying away for work, lovely single bed room on ground floor. Room is small but very well appointed. Good communication from owner. Wifi was great and location was near places to eat. Shower head needs cleaning as not a lot of water getting through. The lights in the ensuite bathroom flickered a bit.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a lovely time at 27 Brighton! The host was absolutely wonderful - so welcoming and friendly. The room we had was beautiful too! Location was great as it was a short walk to the seafront. We honestly wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Warm, friendly hosts who made me feel welcome and looked after. The room was lovely and very close to everything I wanted to see and do. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. The breakfast was excellent on all of the days I stayed. You must try the homemade granola! Thanks Antony and team, hope to see you agin in the not-too-distant future.

Lovely hotel in budget

I needed a last minute hotel in Brighton and was struggling to find anything in my work budget. I searched by best rated and found this well in budget with good reviews. I went for the small single, it was small but perfectly serviceable and the bed was comfy. Check in very easy and I had no issues, I was very late getting to the hotel so I was shown to my room and left to get some beauty sleep. I was leaving early the next day so didn't have a breakfast. My only issue was trying to find somewhere to park, it's free after 8pm but fills up very quickly. Lovely hotel, would have no issues going back.

Perfect location for exploring Brighton. The room was beautifully decorated and the decanter of sherry and Viennese whirls on the bedside table were a lovely touch. Always important, the bed was extremely comfortable. Nice firm mattress and comfy sheets. Wayne was very welcoming and the delicious breakfast in the morning topped off a wonderful stay. Will definitely return on our next trip to Brighton.
