"I want to give this quaint hotel five stars. The place is beautiful, the staff are super friendly and helpful and professional! The restaurant was Devine - top notch food and spirits! It’s just that it’s not restful. We were up until the staff were done for the night, then other guests filtered in making their own racket. It’s an old house - so it’s truly not meant or designed to be sound-proof. Outside of the disruptions, this was a fantastic stay!"

"I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!"

"Close to interstate- super friendly staff. Noisy hallways at 1 am, and parking lot is shared with other businesses which was a bit weird. Breakfast was solid. Overall, a good stay and good vibe."

"We had a king suite. The room was a good size with small microwave and refrigerator. The room smelled really musty. The bathroom tiles were falling apart. The bed was comfortable . For the price it was ok."

"Historical building with lots of character, lobby fireplace was warming on a rainy day. The first floor lobby and dining rooms are very dark, great atmosphere but bring a little flashlight. Met a lot of nice people during our stay. The welcoming scotch was fantastic. We heard the breakfast was minimal. It was not, filled with all kinds of homemade apple strudel, mushroom quiche, chocolate pastries, many other delicious sweet muffins, etc."

"I have stayed at this Hotel many times under Comfort Suites, it was amazing. Right now, they are going through changes, with exterior renovations and Hotel name change. So, the hotel is not like the past, they need to work in making sure that the rooms are cleaned and staff know what to do. I do look forward in staying here again once all the changes are done, hoping that the hotel will be like it was in the past."
