"I booked the room for my colleague, she said, "the hotel is dodgy, quite dirty and a hostel with interesting characters, smells of weed and generally no safety… the breakfast was really bad and I was the only one there… it seems like it’s not a hotel that is actually used for tourism/business."
She felt so unsafe that she left after the first night. I am writing to request a refund. Please advise."

"I travel a lot for work, and it was great to find this little hotel off the beaten track. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and well laid out, with plenty of space. I used the link in the booking confirmation to find the hotel without any trouble, but take care to follow the signs."

"What a great host Angela was. We felt welcomed from the time we arrived. Our room was very clean and everything that was promised. The cliff trail was stunning and most needed after a long drive. The only issue I had was a lack of hot water when I showered. However, after breakfast it was fine."

"Everything about this experience was so unique and warm. It made our stay in Stonehaven so memorable! Everything is so clean.
The room even came with a fan which my husband relies on at home.
The kitchen is well equipped to cook your food if needed and the option to use the clothes washer was a huge bonus.
Breakfast options were plenty and the coffee machine was exactly what I needed!"

"This is a beautiful wee cottage did not disappoint in any sense. My sat nav was not the best and had problems as it just takes you to an area as opposed to the actual house.
Would definitely go back for longer as there are so many areas to sit outside "

"La struttura è suggestiva sia fuori che dentro, il parcheggio è ampio.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera (lenzuola pulite ma presenza di peli/capelli), e l’addetto alla reception ci ha gentilmente proposto di cambiare camera.
