"Pool was closed. Room smelled heavily of smoke. We had three people in the room and it was stocked with only two towels; when we went to the front desk to ask for another towel, we were told to “find one of the ladies outside.”"

Room was located at the end of the hall next to an exterior door and I don't know if it was that door, or other room doors around me, but I heard door closings which seemed loud in my room, until late evening. "Very noisy rooms from neighbors shooters and walking. No carpet in the room, which is a big deal breaker for me. Big feather pillows - the only option. Need other options."

"We accidentally left a bag at the hotel, and unfortunately it was never returned to us. We contacted the property, but the bag was not found or returned. This was disappointing and negatively affected our experience."

"The rooms were so clean and nicely prepared! I love this stay! The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Amazing parking and staff were super nice. The only bad thing I would say is the pool, I feel like it looks dirty to swim in it does have Clorox but you can kind of see a film of things in top of the water and it’s small! Other than that it was an amazing stay!"

"4 night stay for vacation. Central location for various day trips. Room clean, toilets were very low and had problems with stoppage which required super to fix. Great bed. Comfortable suite, roomy. Fit our needs well. Breakfast was fine, had the basics, staff all friendly and helpful."

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had cockroaches, the AC was broken, and there was trash left sitting in the hallway during our stay. It did not feel clean or properly maintained at all. When I discovered the roaches, I asked to switch rooms, but the staff said they were unable to accommodate us because the hotel was fully booked for Bottlerock weekend and there were no rooms available. "As someone who normally travels with my standard size(45-50lbs) Goldendoodle, I’ll talk about the pros and cons from that perspective. Pros: -The room we had had plenty of room to walk around & play with his toys! Which meant I wouldn’t have to go from the 4th floor, outside to a parking lot, or load up in the car to go find a suitable place in the heat or in the dark; except when it was time to potty. -My Goldendoodle doesn’t shed.
