"Expedia charge me for the room and when I come to get the room the hotel no want to take the reservation so I have to pay again and now I have to ask for the refund and it’s really defficul to talk to then"

"Great place to stay when you go to Vacaville. It is easily accessible to the freeways and so many food options. The night manager is a gem I had an issue and he accomateded me right away."

"Was told by the staff that they will not give a pillow for use on the sofa bed only a blanket and sheet. After I pressed the issue with the manager the following day they were forced to give us a pillow. Upon check-in we were charged 60% of our 3 night stay ($161 deposit) WITHOUT BEING TOLD and that money was held until several days after check out. "4 night stay for vacation. Central location for various day trips. Room clean, toilets were very low and had problems with stoppage which required super to fix. Great bed. Comfortable suite, roomy. Fit our needs well. Breakfast was fine, had the basics, staff all friendly and helpful."

"Good day. What I liked: Staff was great. Beautiful flowers in lobby. Nice area. Quiet as well. What I didn’t like: No elevators. Rooms need remodeling. Grass in front of hotel needs cutting. Overall for the price, it was a decent stay."

"I had a corner room which made the interior seem a little more spacious. Everything functioned and was the perfect room for just myself. My only complaint was I would see an occasional bug crawling around the wall or floor. I realized that these bugs are native to this area and are very prevalent outside as well. I wouldn't expect the staff to keep every critter out of this facility."

"This is by far the worst Inn I have ever seen. Within moments of entering the room you could feel and see that it was not somewhere you would feel comfortable sleeping. There were large cracks in the exterior walls that you could put multiple credit cards in side by side, the base molding was coming off the wall in multiple locations, picture frame glass was cracked, and the paint on the wall wasn’t covering the last decor change. "The hotel was clean the staffs are friendly the location is perfect"

"The hotel is clean and well maintained. I found the bed to be very comfortable. Denny’s and Burger King are within walking distance. There is no elevator for the second floor rooms. The hotel is dog friendly ($40 a night surcharge). I would return."
