"Overall the property was not in good shape. I also found it less secured as anyone could easily jump in from balcony as another attached building’s roof was adjacent to balcony. The host just dismissed my concern. The carpet on the room was very old and dirty, door latches didn’t work. The keys to room didn’t work. Staff was not very friendly either"

"The staff were courteous and helpful. However, the meeting room we rented on the 4th floor was excessively cold, with no in-room temperature controls available. Although we requested an adjustment twice, and two different staff promised to send someone over, no action was taken during the three-hour meeting."

"Terrible experience First of all this motel is joaned with a resturant and that resturant's guests were very noisy till morning and nobody was there to warn them or do something, also walls and windows were not sound proof and till morning we could hear all noises from other rooms and surrounding streets. Secondly this building is very old and needs a real renovation. You cannot just make money, you need to spend some of that money for renovating the building to bring tourists from Australia...

"Accessibility Even though co existed pub and karaoke system the disturbance was well addressed and informed in advance and guest have been provided with ear plugs to fall on to sleep easily"

"Easy to find and was able to get an earlier check in. Hotel looked nice from the outside and the foyer was nice but the hotel rooms were very dated and the carpets had stains on them. A bit disappointing overall"

"Very noisy. Could hear people yelling and cars being revved all night. NO HOT WATER! The shower was awful. There were bright lights outside our window that were on all night and couldn’t be blocked out by the blinds. I’m so tired!"

"Everything was good, as above. Only problem is no "on site" restaurant. Further from the water than I expected given the promo pics of the front of building."

"The staff were very welcoming which was great to experience and we actually felt welcomed. The room was clean which was even more amazing after the previous accommodation we had been in for our little holiday. The bathroom did look a bit run down but we also don't expect the bathroom to look like it had just been renovated, may need a bit of a refresh with the silicone in the shower though but overall a good stay for us and we will definitely be coming back again."
