"Our state was good overall. However, it would appear the shower was clogged as the water began to pool while I was talking a bath."

"We enjoyed the breakfast a lot! Unfortunately, we didn't see any orange juice. The bed was very comfortable but my husband wanted an extra pillow which was not supplied. Also, there was no liquid soap in the dispenser for the shower. We specifically asked the housekeeping staff for this 2 things to be taken care of, but they weren't. Besides that, everything was fine."

"When I checked in and went into my room, the sofa looked soiled and was broken and wouldn’t go back in. I called the front desk and staff was aware but didn’t tell me. So I asked for another room but was told I couldn’t even though I saw other guests checking in. I asked politely if I could get a refund and was told yes by the same staff but only to find out the hotel and Expedia wouldn’t honor my refund. I asked to just keep the room if I couldn’t get my money back but my reservation was...

"Easy to access location"

"The room was clean, Bar was closed when we got there at 10:30. The forth floor smelled like wet rug and there were a lot of drop ceiling tiles missing. The air conditioner was loud and made a strange noise every time it turned on. I only stayed one night so it was bearable."

Check in was easy the deal we originally had was I believe for 1 room 2 queens around $200.00 ish dollars when we got there I asked what floor we were on she said the 4th floor so with Expedia deals sometimes you get the higher level if floors 3rd or 4th floor I was not pleased with that since we just drive 2 1/2 hours from San Antonio Tx the kids were ready to play and so I asked if we had a lower floor...
