Even after reappeared requests they would not put toilet papers in the toilet, it’s really bizarre. Checking out mad making the final payment was a 45 minute nightmare and I had to yield and move on. Something is messed up between the hotel and Expedia that needs to be sorted out.

I do not recommend this property. The restaurant staff is rude. They are a mess. They charged me for the wrong amount for breakfast. When I asked about it, the restaurant manager was rude and didn't seem to care. Avoid this place if you can! There are better options around the same area.

Burocracia no check-in

Hotel muito bom, mas mesmo com quartos disponíveis não liberam o check-in nem 10 minutos mais cedo. Quando cheguei ao hotel havia cerca de 8 pessoas no saguão esperando pra se hospedar, a respostas dos atendentes era a padrão: "check-in só depois das 14h". Isso é coisa de direcionamento, então não os culpo. Um ponto forte talvez seja o restaurante do hotel, com ótimas opções de jantar a preço justo. As acomodações são muito boas e a ducha do chuveiro é excelente. Recomendo com uma única ressalva: não chegue muita cedo pois vai passar raiva.
