"It was a big property with lots of potential. I think they could do a better job taking care of the pools in the hot tub in the area around. It could be a lot nicer. But Branson is known for having a lot of rundown hotels in town and this one is not as ran down as some of them, but I would love to see some big improvements around the pools. Maybe get the water fountains going too"

"We enjoyed our stay at the best Western. Our room location and the location of the hotel were ideal. Also, the parking was amazing. Breakfast was a well-oiled machine. That staff was outstanding. The outdoor pool, hot tub, and exercise room were not on the website and were a nice surprise. Unfortunately the shower had not been cleaned; probably an unusual oversight. I would stay there again but get queen size beds."

"Front desk was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze, they gave recommendations for dinner, let us use some games for some family game time, and check-out was a piece of cake. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. We did not know about a cheer competition going on at the facility before we booked, so the restaurant wasn't serving their normal menu due to that event, again, not a deal breaker, but the service there wasn't the best."

"Room was run down. Cabinet doors ready to fall off and stains in the bath room tub. Didn’t clean daily unless you called. Front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was not the best. Probably wouldn’t stay here again."
