Loved the overall look and theme of the hotel. Lady that checked in was amazing. When we got to the room it smelled like old people perfume. Noticed the bathmat had mold on it and the stopper in the sink had mold on it as well. Pool area was nice except for bathrooms need to be upkept better and the hot tub was not functioning, it had duct tape over the buttons!!!!! The cobbler and ice cream was a very nice gesture and delicious as well! Guy handing it out was kind and funny! The breakfast was also good could use some more options as busy as it gets. Also had to wash our swimsuits but couldn't get enough quarters at the desk then when we tried to purchase the soap, it didn't even come out got robbed for our money.

The hotel room was infested with bed bugs I complained to the front desk and was moved to another. No manager came and spoke to me sbout the situation. I have bites on my shoulders, neck and head. .

The hotel and property has been kept up very well. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and made us feel at home for the week. The breakfast there was amazing and we can't wait until we visit again. We'll be staying there again for sure

The property had comfortable beds, and it was quiet; which is what we want. However, we had problems with the air conditioner in our room and the receptionist forgot to send someone up, so after an hour wait we had to go find someone to help fix it. The maintenance guy was super friendly and had it fixed in less than 2 minutes, but the receptionist/front desk clerk was lacking in support and had a horrible attitude.
