Property / room was absolutely spotless. Garden was spotless, felt safe due to camera's in the hall way. He was very attentive, is polite and over all a pleasure and we will be back. Ive seen some reviews regarding deposits. Leave the property how you found it and he doesn't have a problem. We recieved ours back. His property in my opinion is the cleanest in the whole street, we parked our car around the back, didnt have a problem. We found residents to be polite and friendly. I dont think the uncleanliness of other residents should affect his buisness! It was a pleasure for us to stay and we will be booking in again. Ive seen some reviews in regards to love packages. He doesnt force you to buy these like suggested in some reviews ive seen...they're just a suggested add on if wanted he provides a service and a good one at that. Thank you and we will be back again

Lovely room

Weekend break in this property. It was very modern. Tastefully decorated and all the things you need for a nice stay. The only issue was noise from other guests coming and going in the early hours but out of the control of the owners

well when entering the place appeared to be nice although when taking a closer inspection i noticed a lot of things . Firstly the bathroom , i wiped the bathtub with my own bacterial wipes and the wipes were literally black ! Not only this but there was pubic hairs in the bath . The jets in the bath were filthy , when i put them it loads of black dirty bits were blasting out this could have been dirty bacteria . The bathroom door wasn’t even working . The tv for the bathroom wasn’t working . The Kitchen was okay , There were a few ornaments around that were already smashed . Beneath the window in the kictchen were burn marks from a a cigarette that were hidden . The bedroom had a second wardrobe that i couldn’t open at first as the bedside table was blocking this . Once i opened it , it contained a massive tub filled with cement . There were dried paintbrushes too . The alarm were hanging off the wall in the bedroom , There was not where near as enough storage . The area is absolutely rubbish there were Police there every day and night , cars speeding it was very unsafe . The place is really a waste of your money !!

Room was ok but starting to look a bit tired. Location is awful and I didn’t feel safe walking into centre. Lots of down and outs around. Don’t stay here if you are a woman on her own.

Finding a great apartment in Bradford can be tricky, but this place was a total gem! The location was absolutely perfect. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully clean, making it feel fresh and inviting right from the start. But what truly impressed me was the service. The manager was fantastic – friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. Whether I had a question or needed something addressed, they were always there to help. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Bradford, look no further! Highly recommended!

More Cava than Champagne!

Advertised as Luxury but not really. The fixtures and fittings are decidedly budget and haven't stood the test of time. Couldn't find the switch to switch off the blue lights above the bed so had to leave them on all night making it difficult to sleep. The apartment was OK but I've paid less before for rooms which are much better quality.

It was great to stay at the hotel, as the hot tub was great and also the room was very nice and very clean. Dealing with Osman was very efficient and also the communication was proactive!

Great communication from the get-go. Customer servics was remarkable. Check-in process was smooth and check-out was as smooth. We opted for the Love Nest. The Living area and kitchen was fantastic with recliner sofas and a smart tv with Netflix included. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would require. The heating in the whole apartment was spot on and felt very cosy. The bedroom was very nice and the bed was comfortable and relaxing. The lighting throughout the whole apartment with different colours was great. The bathroom with the Jacuzzi bath was the highlight for me, 10/10. Food places are close by and plenty of options via Uber. I would visit again and recommend to all.

As soon as you enter the property looks amazing inside. Well decorated, new clean shiny flooring new carpets walls all clean. Nice open and spacious corridor and staircase. The rooms are labelled by name so you kno where you are. Directions are easy to follow and the host is very easy to get hold of. Instructione are very clear and is at hand if you need any assistance. The accomodation is very clean and loaded with anything you need. There are plenty towels robes etc. Fridge microwave kettle washing machine. The set up is amazing and one of th best you wil find if not, the best. A lot lf time.effort and money have gone into this place and its worth visiting. The jacuzzi is relaxing and well needed, the ligjy settings can be changed at the touch of a button!. Wel lit and wel thought. The lounge area is well decorated and the led lights definitly make the mood feel amazing. Nice big tv and comfortable sofa to relax on. The additional services are worth paying for if you want your other half to feel special. Parking is permit holders only so would need to find road parking. Great stay would definitly reccomend!
