When arrived at the hotel we were told there was no availability for massages on any of the 3 days we were staying so in my opinion little point in calling yourself a spa hotel if you have 1 part time person available to do massages "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was small and there was no room for a desk or storage space for clothes, so not a great choice when staying on a business trip. The bathroom was also very tight but serviceable. Parking is limited, managed to get the last space, but great to have. "

"This was definitely a step above the average city centre hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, clean, comfortable room, and great breakfast including a cooked option which was prepared individually. A nice touch to provide a quality bar of chocolate, and some drinks in the room."
